Anne FrankBorn June 12th 1929, Frankfurt Germany and died march 1945, Lower Saxony, Germany. She lived in Amsterdam with her family during W.W.2. They went into hiding for 2 years, Fleeing Nazi persecution of Jews. During this period of her life, Frank wrote about her experiences during the holocaust and her wishes if she makes it out alive. When she was 15, her family was found and sent to the concentration camps where she died of disease. Her diary was later found and published to be read by millions. |
Emperor HirohitoBorn April 29, 1901, in Tokyo Japan and died January 7 1989 in Tokyo Japan. He was made the crown prince at the age of 15, plus he was Japans longest reigning monarch, from 1926 to 1989. He announced Japan’s surrender in 1945 and after the war, the new constitution transformed Japan into a constitutional monarchy. He was one of the main contributors in rebuilding Japan's image to the rest of the world. When he died, his son took his place and became the ruler of Japan. |
